Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Love and Laugh. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

1. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your service date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This is because your reserved date and time are exclusively held for you, and other potential bookings may be declined.

3. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels the service at any time, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

  • The deposit may be transferred to a new date if:

    • The request is made with reasonable notice (e.g., at least 14 days), and

    • The new date is available

  • If the new date is not available, the original cancellation policy applies and the deposit remains non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Service Provider

In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund including the deposit will be issued.

6. No-Show

Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be provided.

7. Agreement

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
